Yoga Essentials: 7.15am - 8am Location: Yoga Hero Leeds Dock, City Centre

This class focuses on breaking down key elements of yoga; this could be a breath technique, a posture or a part of the anatomy, and thoroughly explaining key alignment principals to ensure a healthy, safe and beneficial practice. Open to all, total beginners to yoga welcome

Pregnancy Yoga: 7.45pm - 8.45pm Location: Yoga Hero Leeds Dock, City Centre

Pregnancy is an exciting, wonderful, and scary time! Take pressure off key areas such as legs and lower back, build stamina and strength to support your growing bump, and generally chill out in this fabulous class. During each session of Pregnancy Yoga, we’ll indulge in a lovely pregnancy yoga flow and guided deep relaxation, suitable for all levels of fitness. No prior yoga knowledge or experience is needed, all are very welcome!

It’s not recommended to not start a yoga practice from scratch in the first trimester, so if you can sit tight to around 14 weeks, this is what we would recommend at Yoga Hero.

Hatha Flow:  6.45pm- 7.45pm  Location: We Are Wellness Hyde Park, Leeds

Hatha Flow integrates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath awareness, postures as well as sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in your body and mind. Open to All Levels.


Yoga Kula

Gentle Hatha & Meditation: 7.15am - 8.15am  Location: Yoga Kula Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

Start your day well with Yoga. After this morning practice you’ll feel energised, mentally clear and will notice increased flexibility and strength. Leaving you feeling fresh and ready for your day ahead. Open to all levels.

Hatha & Yoga Nidra:  11.30am- 12.30pm  Location: Yoga Kula Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

A gentle Hatha yoga class in the heart of the day with a variety of postures to stretch & strengthen your body, as well as time for a guided relaxation and meditation on the breath. You’ll leave feeling revitalised and ready for the second half of your day. Open to all levels.
