The Queen of all relaxation techniques, Yoga Nidra (Yogic 'sleep') is one of the deepest forms of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It is a state of awareness in which the body can rest deeply and profoundly, whilst the mind is between wakefulness and deep rest.
The practice meets the intuitive needs of the person who practices it – Improving sleep, enhancing creativity, bringing nourishment, insight and healing.
After taking time to get as comfortable as possible, using as many blankets, cushions and bolsters as you need, you’ll be guided through a relaxation practice, expanding your awareness, bringing you back home to your deeper self to feel rested, restored and in your own power afterwards.
