Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It is a state of awareness in which the body can rest deeply and profoundly, whilst the mind is between wakefulness and deep rest.

The practice meets the intuitive needs of the person who practices it - Improving sleep, enhancing creativity, it refreshes the mind - leaving you feeling clearer and more settled, releases tension and brings in nourishment, insight and healing. 

After some gentle limbering warm up stretches, we'll take time to get as comfortable as possible, using as many blankets, cushions and bolsters as you need, you’ll be guided through a relaxation practice, expanding your awareness, bringing you back home to your deeper self to feel rested, restored and in your own power afterwards.

Private sessions:

Explore the state of being ‘wakefully asleep’ as a basis for deep nourishment, healing and relaxation.


1- 1 session £40 for 1 hour

2 people per session £45 for 1 hour

5 x 1-1 yoga sessions £185 (instead of £200)

Location ?

As long as you have space for a mat and it’s quiet, 1-1 sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home. (minimal petrol costs may be applicable for travel outside of the Leeds area).

Alternatively your session can be arranged at my Home Studio Space in the city centre or at We Are Wellness Yoga Studio in Hyde Park, Leeds (1-1's at We are Wellness start at £45 per session to cover studio costs).
